“Más amor, más unión.” Three simple words in Spanish that carry a message we’ve believed in from the very beginning.
When translated, it means “more love, more unity.” But like many things, its meaning goes beyond the literal words. It’s not just about love as a feeling or unity as an idea—it’s about how we choose to live, interact, and build relationships with the people around us.
This phrase was one of the first designs we ever created. Before collections, before campaigns, before even fully understanding what We Are Kind would become, “Más amor, más unión” was already there. It captured something we felt, even if we didn’t yet have the structure or language to explain it.
And in many ways, it still captures everything. At its core, the message is simple: the more love we bring into the world, the more connected we become. And the more connected we are, the better we treat each other, the planet, and ourselves.
The idea is really simple
It’s easy to think that unity is something big, something that requires large movements or global change. But in reality, unity is built in small, everyday moments. In how we speak, how we listen, how we choose to understand instead of judge.
Love, in this sense, isn’t abstract. It’s practical. It’s choosing patience when it would be easier to react. It’s supporting instead of competing and showing up for someone, even in small ways.
When we started We Are Kind, we didn’t just want to create products. We wanted to create reminders, things people could wear or carry that reflect what they stand for, and maybe even inspire someone else in the process.
And “Más amor, más unión” became exactly that. It represents kindness, connection, and the belief that we’re not as separate as we sometimes feel. It connects directly with everything we do as a brand: planting trees, using sustainable materials, building community through movement and shared experiences, and creating content that encourages people to slow down and be more intentional.
Because at the end of the day, all of those things point back to the same idea: living with more awareness, more care, and more connection.
What’s interesting is that the phrase is in Spanish, even though much of what we do is in English. And that’s intentional too. It reflects where we come from, but also reminds us that kindness and connection are universal. You don’t need to speak the same language to understand what it means to lead with love.
Over time, this message has stayed with us. Not as a slogan, but as a foundation. It’s something we come back to, especially when things feel busy or complicated. A simple reset: more love, more unity. What would that look like right now?
If you’ve followed us for a while, or if you’re just discovering what we do, this phrase is a good place to start. It holds the essence of what we believe :)

If this resonates with you, we created something you can carry with you, a simple, everyday reminder of that message. Our “Más amor, más unión” tote bag is one of those pieces. Something practical, but also meaningful.
Because sometimes, the smallest reminders are the ones that stay with you the longest.
