At We Are Kind, we believe in using our platform to do good, and this year, we’re thrilled to share that we surpassed our fundraising goal for the Great Cycle Challenge 2024!
Thanks to our incredible community of supporters, we raised a remarkable $4,419 —well over our original goal of $3,000 and more than double what we've collected in the past two years combined.
The Great Cycle Challenge is an annual nationwide event that brings cyclists together with one common goal: fighting kids' cancer. Participants pledge to ride a certain number of miles throughout the month of September and raise funds to support children’s cancer research through the Children’s Cancer Research Fund. The funds raised go directly to finding better treatments and cures for childhood cancers, which affect more than 15,000 children every year in the United States alone.
Our Success in 2024
This year’s challenge was extra special for We Are Kind. Not only did we exceed our goal, but we also raised more than we ever have before! In comparison, this year’s total of $4,419 far outshined our past efforts, and we owe it all to you, our dedicated supporters. Your generosity and commitment to making a difference have helped fuel our participation in this impactful cause. Each and every donation brought us closer to helping children in their battle against cancer.

Looking Ahead
Though September’s challenge has ended, the fight against childhood cancer continues. We’re already thinking about how we can push even further next year. But for now, we want to extend a heartfelt thank you to all of you for your generosity and participation. Every dollar raised brings us closer to a future where no child has to face cancer.
